The short version

• There are no forms, sign-ups or accounts on this site, so we do not collect names, addresses or payment details through it.
• We use cookies and similar technology for basic site operation, advertising measurement and, if you allow it, analytics.
• When you call, your phone number is visible to us and to the licensed travel agency that receives your call, as it would be on any call.
• Once your call is transferred, the receiving agency handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Information we collect through this website

Information you give us

None is requested. There is no contact form, newsletter sign-up, quote request or account on this site. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours receives standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working, to detect abuse and to measure advertising.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise this site through Google Ads. Google's tag records that a visit came from an ad and whether that visit resulted in a click on our phone number, so that we can tell which advertising is worth paying for. This measurement is aggregated; it does not tell us who you are.

Information collected when you call

When you dial the number on this site, your caller ID is transmitted in the ordinary way. Our call-routing provider records call metadata such as the number you called from, the time, the duration and the outcome of the call, so that connected calls can be reconciled and billed.

Your call is then transferred to a licensed third-party travel agency. Anything you tell that agency — your name, travel plans, contact details, payment information — is collected and controlled by that agency, not by us. It operates under its own privacy policy and its own call-recording practices, and it is required to tell you if a call is recorded. We do not receive or store payment details at any point.

How we use information

• To route calls to the receiving travel agency and reconcile connected calls.
• To honour do-not-call requests.
• To comply with law and to respond to lawful requests.

Retention

Technical and call-routing records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or aggregated. Do-not-call entries are kept indefinitely, because deleting them would defeat their purpose.

Your choices and rights

• Cookies: choose "Essential only" in the notice at the top of the page, or clear and block cookies in your browser.
• Do not call: tell the advisor on the call, or email us with the number you want suppressed.
• Access, correction or deletion: email us and we will respond within the time your jurisdiction allows.
• US state privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, delete, correct or opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Email us to exercise any of these rights; we will not treat you differently for doing so.

Requests about information you gave the travel agency during a call should go to that agency, since it is the controller of that information. We will point you to the right contact if you are unsure.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, email us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

This site is intended for users in the United States and information is processed there. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative.
