The rules that apply when you use this website or call the number advertised on it.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and GoCruizo.com ("GoCruizo", "we", "us"). By using this website or calling the number advertised on it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the number.
2. What this service is
GoCruizo.com is an independent advertising and referral service. Its only function is to answer calls and connect callers with a licensed third-party travel agency. GoCruizo is not a cruise line, not a travel agency and not a seller of travel, and does not quote, book, ticket or take payment for travel. Our Legal Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
3. Your dealings with the travel agency
Any booking you make is a contract between you and the licensed travel agency and, through it, the relevant cruise operator or travel supplier. GoCruizo is not a party to that contract and has no control over it. Questions, complaints, changes, cancellations and refunds are matters for that agency and those suppliers.
4. Calls
The line is answered 24 hours a day. Your phone carrier's standard charges may apply. By calling, you consent to your call being transferred to the receiving travel agency and to that agency's own call handling, which may include recording; the agency is required to tell you if a call is recorded.
You may ask at any time to be added to our internal do-not-call list, on the call or by emailing us.
5. No offer, no guarantee
Nothing on this site is an offer, quotation, reservation or guarantee of availability. Regional information such as seasons, typical sailing lengths and common ports is general background only, and is not specific to any sailing, operator or product. Prices and availability are controlled by third parties and change without notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or the advertised number to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- place automated, abusive, harassing or fraudulent calls;
- scrape, copy, frame or republish the site's content for commercial purposes;
- attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
7. Intellectual property
The GoCruizo name, logo, text, layout and design of this site belong to GoCruizo.com or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved. Third-party trademarks that may be mentioned during a call remain the property of their owners.
8. Third-party links
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is accurate, complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCruizo.com, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, any call placed to the advertised number, or any dealing between you and the travel agency or any travel supplier. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this website or the referral service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoCruizo.com against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time by posting a revised version here. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
